These are tasty -- and they're healthier than your average bear's banana oat muffins.
Recipe here. Following some advice in the comments, I used unsweetened applesauce instead of the oil, upped the vanilla to 1 teaspoon, and added 3/4 teas of cinnamon. Perfect.
The few that were left after a couple of days went bad on the counter. Looking back on it, I should've put these in the fridge on account of the applesauce.
